Initial Study
Let us know your full requirements and we will tell you if we feel able to find suitable properties within your budget.

Search begins
Once you have signed our registration contract and paid an initial registration fee, we will begin the search. Our knowledge and contacts allow us access to all properties on the market, and often some that are not yet in the estate agents' windows. We will forward to you details of properties matching your requirements.

Short listing
Discussions with you will allow us to narrow down the options and to concentrate on those properties which are of most interest to you. We will then view these properties for you and send you a report, warts and all. This report will include extensive photographs and / or video of each property and the area immediately surrounding the property.

Viewings
Accompanied viewings are the next step. Hopefully your ideal property will be found at this stage. Sometimes your budget will change, or the search criteria will be altered. In this case we simply return to the search and short listing process.

Negotiations
We will use our knowledge of the local market to help you obtain the best possible price for the property. We know what properties are really worth and can advise whether your chosen property is realistically priced in the current market. We can help give you the edge in negotiations with estate agents, who are obliged to obtain the highest price for their client - the seller.

Legalities
The purchase process in the UK is very different to most other countries. With our knowledge of how things are done elsewhere, we are well placed to explain those differences. We will also recommend solicitors who will guide you through the legalities of buying and owning property in London.

Aftersales
We remain in touch to give you any advice you require regarding utility companies and recommendations for people such as gardeners or interior designers.
